I took an action to prep the candidate final drafts of the Primer and Guidelines documents. I also prepared a draft e-mail (see below) for posting these drafts to the WG. Please review. If there aren't any issues, as the reporter for this week, Maryann will do the honors of posting these drafts to the WG after 3 PM Pacific today.
