editors meeting notes --PLEASE READ

All,

A subset of the policy editors remained on the call today when it ended
early [dave O, asir, maryann] to make progress
on our actions assigned from the call today and then did not join the
regular editor call/IRC.

Here's a summary of the actions & next steps.

Apologies in advance to the other editors who might have missed this
ad-hoc meeting.

First- reviewing existing open actions
Frederick, we think you are done with your issues, but can you
close them if this is true?
        [370, 371,372,373,375]

There were 9 new actions[2-primer,3-guidelines,4-operational]:
I did a rough cut on assigning these to Dave O and myself and did so based
on document just to reduce the potential conflict.

2 were assigned to DaveO [ 377, 378] --Primer

3 remained assigned to me [ 379, 380, 381]-- Guidelines
(frederick, toufic, prasad, I'm more than willing to share :-) I
probably won't start on these until Thurs so let me know if
                you want to volunteer )

4 relate to operational issues and were assigned to Asir [382,383,384,385]
Asir was concerned that there were links that were not right [382]
Asir offered to create the diffs for the new docs on Friday [383]
Asir has an open WG action item to work on with Chris Ferris and
then he's supposed to get it into the review versions [384]
Asir offered to also collect all the changes and update the
section at the end of the docs with the changes when he does the diffs
[385]

This is the rough plan:

        Complete all actions by Friday.
Send mail to Asir when your items are done.
Friday--- Asir to add in his resolution
and then update the change section and generate the diffs.

Monday--- Asir to craft the mail (? we didn't really close on
this) and send to the WG with the pointer to the diffs.

PLEASE SEND mail if there are errors or changes as we did not use the W3C
mechanisms to track minutes
for this week's meeting.

Maryann
