Minutes from today's editors call, timeline, meeting next week

Next week Maryann is scheduled to chair the editor's call, Asir to  
report to the WG and scribe the editor's call.

Note - The Editors discussed the timeline on today's call and agreed  
the following strawman timeline:
i) WG closes all issues by wed 24 oct
ii) editors complete by 26 oct
iii) new draft to wg by 29 oct:

We assigned an action to Felix to assist with generating the red- 
lines as part of this timeline.
