This version includes all the scenario related editorial actions assigned at the Ottawa F2F (until Thursday, May 24th) [1] and is tagged on CVS (Tag = Release-3-20070612<http://dev.w3.org/cvsweb/~checkout~/2006/ws/policy/interop/?only_with_tag=Release-3-20070612>). Users may check out the tagged version directly from the CVS repository (see CVS Access<http://www.w3.org/2002/ws/policy/cvsaccess.html>).



[1] Implemented resolutions for issues 4522, 4567, 4572, 4568, 4571 and 4575 and fixed a few more namespace declarations in the External Policy Attachment test cases.
