Draft email for sending the next Editors Drafts

Here is the draft of the email that we will send to the WG, to announce the
availability of the next editor's drafts of 

WS-Policy 1.5 Framework and Attachment documents.

 

If you have any changes to this, please let me know. This will go out around

The WS-Policy editorial team is pleased to deliver the 3rd editors' drafts
of the 

Web Services Policy Framework [1] and Attachment [2] specifications, 

for approval as Public WDs by the Working Group. 

 

Detailed change logs are in the last section of these documents.

 

The third editors' drafts include most of the changes resulting from the
Bellevue

F2F and subsequent conference calls (until 10/11/06).  Only one Action Item
from F2F

terms such as policy expression, policy alternative, etc.) is not reflected
in this draft.
