Update of /sources/public/2002/ws/desc/wsdl20

Modified Files:
	primer_examples.txt 
Log Message:
Simplified the example.  Also changed to explicit operation binding
instead of using mepDefault at the interface binding level, because
it is more general and better teaches the idea that all operations 
must be bound.
