Version 2.0 Part 0: Primer - wrong reference section numbers

Hello

In Primer (2.1.4.1 Explanation of Example), in the explanation of outfault
element, there's a reference to "Part 2: Adjuncts":

    See WSDL 2.0 Predefined Extensions [WSDL 2.0 Adjuncts] section 2.1.2 Message
    Triggers Fault and section 2.1.1 Fault Replaces Message.)

But the section numbers are wrong and should be:

    See WSDL 2.0 Predefined Extensions [WSDL 2.0 Adjuncts] section 2.2.2 Message
    Triggers Fault and section 2.2.1 Fault Replaces Message.)
