RE: Comment on Web Services Description Language (WSDL) Version 2.0 Part 0: Primer

Thank you for this issue.  We tracked it as Issue 4427 [1] in our short Last Call period.  The Working Group endeavored to correct all the bib references in all the specs [2,3,4,5,6].

The spec should be in Proposed Recommendation shortly, if you disagree with the resolution of this issue please inform us as soon as possible.
