The problem was caused by the xslt not normalizing whitespace in those 
property definitions. I fixed this and regenerated the tables. Please 
review for correctness. Thx.

editorial: part 2, table b-1 incomplete?







Hi, it seems to me that table b-1 [1] in part 2 of WSDL 2.0 CR draft
lacks several of the {* default} properties in the lower part.

Those are {http transfer coding default}, {http query parameter
separator default}, {soap mep default} for Binding, and {http transfer
coding default} for Binding Operation.

I just stumbled upon that by chance, I haven't done a full completeness
check. 8-)
