I found 5 occurrences of the phrase "HTTP Operation Component". These are just remains from the old text. AFAIK, there is a binding operation component. And, HTTP binding adds a set of properties - {http location}, {http method}, {http input serialization}, {http output serialization}, {http fault serialization}- to this binding operation component.
