Section 6.2.3 Interaction Syntax states:

"The request exchange MUST NOT have the |faultName| or |causeException| 
attributes specified"

However, if the interaction represents a "one way" request, then it 
should be acceptable for the exchange to cause an exception. Currently 
this is disallowed.
