Re: Working Note, Tex Files

It is too big.

You would need to send it to:

	www-archive@w3.org

Then wait for it to appear at:

	http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/www-archive/2006Aug

Find a url (http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/www-archive/2006Aug/ 
att-0000/workingNote.pdf) to the attachment and then paste it into an  
email to the normal email using public-ws-chor@w3.org.

I've done for you thins time.
