In the april 12 minutes [1] it states:

	20. ACTION: MC - Close 1110 with the proposed resolution.
	IN PROGRESS

yet in the april 9 minutes [2] there is a recorded discussion concluding
with
"SRT: Proposal is to be rewritten."

I will thus leave this open, and consider the action item invalid.
