Although Last Call period is not finished until the end of this month, we would like to propose a mechanism to solve the problem that Steve and I raised with this last call issue. At this stage we would just like to start an email discussion regarding this mechanism, to flesh out any questions/concerns regarding the approach. Then possibly in two weeks we could have a discussion about it on the conference call. Once we have a common understanding of the concept, and have general acceptance, then we will put together a more formal proposal regarding changes to the CDL specification document. Correlation information is required to bind the multiple channel instances to the same choreography session. Messages on a particular instance of a channel type should also not be expected to all have the same 'identity' field, as a means of correlating the message to the channel instance. This places unnecessary constraints on the author of a business protocol. Regards Gary and Steve
