Hi Steve/Martin

Can you add this issue to the next conf call agenda, as there is a proposal at the bottom of the issue description, and I believe Tony has confirmed that there is no requirement for a finalizerBlock to be restricted to only containing a workunit.

Tony - can you confirm this?
