Latest copy of the primer

Enclosed is the latest version of the primer. The example is done (full 
cdl in the back) and everything upto the choreography itself has been 
written. What remains for section 3 is mainly finishing the descriptive 
text for the choreography itself and then changing it in a few ways -
	- maybe changing the number of exchanges in an interaction
	- maybe adding finalizers and exceptions

Then onto section 4.
