As Yves asked for a proposed text on my comment on Clocks: <<Clock synchronization is unspecified in the WS-CDL technical specification and is considered design-specific. In specific environments between involved parties, all parties may be synchronized to second time boundaries. However, finer grained time synchronization within or across parties, or additional support or control are undefined and outside the scope of the WS-CDL specification.>>
