New Version - Choreography Template Ideas

I attach version 2 of the Choreography Template Ideas paper. There have been a few refinements based on a discussion I had with Nick earlier today, although I think none are substantial. I have also updated some of the text to clarify some of the ideas. This is the version of the document I plan to review on next weeks call.
 
In the mean time comments are welcome ... even before the conf call next Tuesday ...
