Anders,

Regarding your issue 1079 [1].

The Working Group decided at its meeting on 12 Apr 05 [2] not to change
the spcification as a result of this issue.

Please let the Working Group know if the resolution to this issue  
[1] is acceptable or not as soon as possible.
