Tony, Regarding Issue 999 [1]. As a result of this issue, the working group agreed to add some clarification to the spec. This was agreed by the workging group at its meeting on 22 March 2005 [2] Please let the Working Group know if this resolution [1] is acceptable or not as soon as possible. Martin.
