WS-Addressing Conference call schedule

WS-Addressing WG participants

As we have entered the Last Call interval for WS-Addressing 1.0
metadata, and since there is little in terms of additional business, I
have changed the WS-Addressing conference call schedule to be bi-weekly.

There will be no conference call on February 5.  The next scheduled
conference call is February 12.

All details remain as posted on the WG web page.[1]
