New Issue: Confusion concerning the context of WS-Addressing, lack of primer

Noting that several have asked questions about usage of WS-Addressing it
seems that a non-normative primer might be useful to set WS-Addressing
in context and to provide examples of intended usage.

The WS-Addressing charter does not include the development of such a
primer as a result document of this working group.

Should the working group request a charter modification to add such a
primer to our deliverables?
