I have a couple of minor editorial comments:
- section 3.1.1: there's an editorial note saying that the section has
  not been approved by the WG; I believe that it's an oversight and
  that it should be removed
- section 3.2: the first sentence makes a reference to the use of
  wsoap:module, which is defined in section 3.3; a reference to
  section 3.3 should be added for clarity
