WSDL 2.0 test cases

The WSDL implementer's group is testing component model extensions.
WS-A WSDL binding is such an extension!  We'd like you to contribute any
WSDL 2.0 examples you have to our test suite [1], or you may find tests
in our test suite that you can build on in creating your test cases.
