CVS for the test harness is not publicly visible, the URL for reports is protected
(http://www.w3.org/2002/ws/addr/testsuite/report/) as well.

*BUT* the zip file (http://www.w3.org/2002/ws/addr/testsuite/releases/testsuite-latest.zip) has all the goodies inside
it including the test results.

Anyone see a disconnect? Can't we just make all of it public?
