Renumber 1147

Right now test 1147 matches up with 1248.  This is apparently because
1146 matches up with both 1246 and 1247.  As part of the cleanup of the
test suite (perhaps after the unimplemented optional features are
removed, if there is still and mismatch, we should clean this up.  I
think the easiest way is to renumber 1147 to 1148.
