A few more test case issues

Paul, all.

I'm working my way through the test cases and here are a few more issues 
I've encountered

1206 - Links to message4.xml not message7.xml
1207 - "customer" namespace used in file is example.com not example.org 
(as listed on http://www.w3.org/2002/ws/addr/testsuite/ ). I haven't 
checked through other files for this yet.
1209,1231,1232, 1234 - XPath: 
/soap12:Envelope/soap12:Header/wsa:To/wsa:Address - wsa:To is an anyURI 
not an EPR so should just be /soap12:Envelope/soap12:Header/wsa:To
