Tim, The WS-Addressing WG discussed the last call issue you raised[1] regarding the security implications of wsa:ReplyTo and has decided to close your issue following an extensive update to the security considerations sections of the core[2] and SOAP binding[3] documents. Please review the new text to confirm that it covers the problems you raised and respond to the comments list with any further concerns regarding the resolution of your issue.
