Goals and user tracking

After a day or two with the goals setup, I think we should improve a thing or two as I think we might miss some conversion events.


1. Create a click event handler that logs the conversion.

Because I think that the page loads/changes too quickly before it actually loads Piwik tracker.

2.  Grab user's username

We cannot usr MW for this as pages are cached most of the time.

We could find an existing cookie variable for this and store it in a custom variable within piwik
