   <kaz> [11]SynchroniCity Project

     [11] https://oascities.org/wp-content/uploads/2022/08/SynchroniCity_D2.10.pdf

Juanjo: Unsure who and why Synchronicity report was brought in.

Kaz: that was mentioned by Charith privately during the liaison
   call last week.

Juanjo: this report may not be relevant

Franck: quite old project. More recent documents exists

McCool: any newer resource around Smart Cities?

   [12]FIWARE4CITIES Book (directory

  Use Cases

   <kaz> [14]examples/README.md

     [14] https://github.com/w3c/wot-ngsi-ld/blob/main/examples/README.md

McCool: Next is use case. No PR yet.

McCool: need to work on use cases

Martin: ISG CIM team to look at mapping of NGSI-LD Primer to
   WoT concepts

McCool: New WoT process to progress use case descriptions /
   Capturing requirements
¡K That new requirement collection process must be used to get
   updates in the spec
¡K Go to the template which contains instructions ([15]https://
   github.com/w3c/wot-usecases/issues/
   new?template=use-case-template.yml)

     [15] https://github.com/w3c/wot-usecases/issues/new?template=use-case-template.yml

McCool: (will also ask Ege Korkan from Siemens on WoT CG's use
   case ideas.)

Juanjo: our situation not comparable to OPC-UA approach. Idea
here is to be able to access Things described through WoT
   descriptions over the NGSI-LD API

Kaz: just to make sure, we need to clarify whether we would
like to the ISG CIM team to use the WoT template or not.

McCool: at the moment, the WoT Use Cases template is for the
   WoT side

  Logistics

McCool: ISG CIM Plenary next week. Franck & Martin not
   available
¡K So the next meeting on Feb. 3rd

  Deliverables

   <kaz> [16]proposals/liaison.md - Liaison Charter

     [16] https://github.com/w3c/wot-ngsi-ld/blob/main/proposals/liaison.md

McCool: add to scope : collaborative work on use

McCool: need to prioritize use cases / documents

McCool: The 2 already listed documents correspond to
   north/south bond interface discussion

McCool: suggest to delete initial scope items as well as listed
deliverables to first focus on use cases exploration.

Kaz: we've been holding kind of long discussion about those
sections, so removing them would be a bit "mottainai". I'd
suggest keep those sections with a title of "Possible",
"Expected" or "May work on" :)

   <McCool> [17]w3c/wot-ngsi-ld#3 (McCool changed the
"Deliverables" section's title to "Possible Deliverables"
