About resolution for the use cases template

Dear Michael McCool and WoT WG/IG members

Today, WoT IG Use Cases TF discussed the use cases template

that
had been updated as following:

   - Relationships, Wide Review Considerations and Gaps have been moved to
   the bottom.
   - Links to the following three questionnaires on the wide review have
   been added:
      - security and privacy review
      <https://github.com/w3c/wot-architecture/blob/main/publication/ver11/security_and_privacy.md>
      - accessibility review
      <https://github.com/w3c/wot-architecture/blob/main/publication/ver11/accessibility.md>
      - internationalization review
      <https://github.com/w3c/wot-architecture/blob/main/publication/ver11/internationalization.md>

Then, we achieved the resolution as following:

    The basic use case template preliminarily is approved though we still
need to discuss how to describe the Gaps.

I would like for Michael McCool and WoT WG/IG members to confirm the use
case template
<https://github.com/w3c/wot-usecases/blob/main/USE-CASES/example-template.md>.
Please see also the minute
<https://www.w3.org/2024/03/27-wot-uc-minutes.html> on March 27th. If there
are no objections and comments by next Tuesday, April 2nd, I would like to
approve the use case template.
