As discussed in the February 7th supplemental meeting, we agreed to update the IG charter pending the update of the Relationship diagram (attached).

I updated the figure as we discussed to add the text "and WoT CGs" to the IG relationship diagram and created a PR.

Please review the PR and prepare for a resolution in the Main call on February 21st.
