The mission of the Web of Things Working Group is to counter the fragmentation of the Internet of Things (IoT) through the specification of building blocks that enable easy integration of IoT devices and services across IoT platforms and application domains. Please use the following form to have your organization join the group. The form will also instruct you how to nominate participants: https://www.w3.org/groups/wg/wot/join/ Current participants do not need to rejoin the group because the group's scope remains unchanged. Please consider diversity when proposing people to participate in W3C groups. Representation from a wider group of people, especially people from under-represented groups, is vital for creating web standards that meet the needs of the wider web community. The Working Group co-Chairs are Sebastian Kaebisch (Siemens), Michael McCool (Intel) and Michael Koster (W3C Invited Expert). The Team Contact is Kazuyuki Ashimura for a total of 0.2 FTE. More information about the group can be found on the group home page: https://www.w3.org/groups/wg/wot/ The rechartering announcement follows section 5.7.2 of the W3C Process Document: https://www.w3.org/2023/Process-20230612/#ACReviewAfter The Call for Participation follows section 4.4 of the W3C Process Document: https://www.w3.org/2023/Process-20230612/#cfp Thank you, For Philippe le Hégaret, W3C Strategy and Project Lead, Kazuyuki Ashimura, Web of Things Working Group Team Contact; Xueyuan Jia, W3C Marketing & Communications [...] For all changes relative to the charter that was reviewed, see: https://services.w3.org/htmldiff?doc1=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.w3.org%2F2023%2F08%2Fwot-wg-2023-draft.orig.html&doc2=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.w3.org%2F2023%2F10%2Fwot-wg-2023.html
