This is an extension of the current charter [1] so that the group can finalize its deliverable documents, with the following changes: * The new charter switches to use the W3C Patent Policy 2020 [2]. * Publication dates are updated based on the draft documents which have been published. The Advisory Committee Representatives of current participants will need to have their organizations re-join the group if the new charter is approved. A diff from the current charter is available [3]. The current charter [1] is hereby extended until 31 July 2022 to accommodate the charter review period. The group is chaired by Michael McCool (Intel) and Sebastian Kaebisch (Siemens). For more information about the group and participation, see its home page [4].
