[TD-TF] Start review phase for WoT Thing Description 1.1 CR transition

Dear WoT members,

in yesterday's Thing Description call, we made a decision [1] to start the call for review for the latest editor draft of the WoT Thing Description 1.1 [2], which is considered as a potential version for the CR transition.

Please note that there are PRs [3] in the pipeline that we have not yet merged due to some change requests from yesterday's TD call. Next TD call on next Wednesday will decide if those PR will be finally merged.

Any feedback is welcome. Please share your comments on github and use the label “Review for CR transition” [4].

Thanks a lot.
BR
Sebastian
