   meeting starts reviewing the minutes

   first, some PRs and Issue 48 where discussed

   no objections for publishing the minutes, and therefore minutes
   are approved

   now meeting moves to checking PRs and issues

   since no new PR exist, now McCool moves the topic to the
   organisation of the F2F

   McCool starts drafting the agenda of F2F for discovery

   four main points are included in the agenda: review current
   spec, state of testing and implementations, review current open
   issues to be resolved before CR, and defered topics

  New labels

   McCool adds a new label in the repo for marking issues that
   must be resolved for the CR

   Label is 'resolved by CR'

   review release is set for 30th of September

   McCool now moves to issues, the goal is to label issues that
   need to be fixed
