Call for review: WoT Use Cases and Requirements WG note

Dear WoT members,

in the WoT Use Cases call during the virtual F2F the "WoT Use Case and Requirements" document candidate draft has received a tentative approval.

It is planned to seek for approval of the publication of the "WoT Use Case and Requirements" document in the next WoT main call on April 7th.

It will still undergo several changes, i.e. to hide empty or duplicate sections, add a list of contributors and further editorial cleanup.

An additional section about liaisons will be added, the initial draft is in this PR: https://github.com/w3c/wot-usecases/pull/117

Details about other liaisons will be added on top of this PR.

Please review the document source at: https://github.com/w3c/wot-usecases and raise any concerns you might have.
The rendered version is available here: https://w3c.github.io/wot-usecases/

Specifically all contributors to this document are requested to thoroughly review their contribution and flag any potential problem.

Many thanks,

Michael
