McCool: Cannot depend on Hydra
McCool: Spec. should not be open ended, spec. needs to be
self-contained
McCool: Use other content format?
McCool: Collection should be be included in the TDD context
hydraCollection to be replaced by Collection
McCool: Can we include Hydra CG content in our spec?
Kaz: Content should not be included, rather add link. But
endpoint can change.

Note we're concerned the content might be changed at some
point.
Even if we write from scratch - IPR issues might occur
<kaz> kaz: would suggest we have another joint discussion with
them about how to maintain the definition
Farshid: recover what we had, or make it informative
