Dear members of the Web of Things Working Group, The Web of Things Working Group Charter [1] is hereby extended until 31 January 2020. As was announced on 19 November [2], a proposed Charter for the Web of Things Working Group was reviewed by the Advisory Committee. To address the suggested changes to the proposed charter, we've created the following pull requests: * https://github.com/w3c/wot/pull/914 - add GS1 to external liaisons * https://github.com/w3c/wot/pull/916 - no content changes, just adding links * https://github.com/w3c/wot/pull/917 - add the Schema Extensions for IoT CG to coordination groups We're now sending a notification message to all the reviewers to confirm those changes. Therefore the current charter has been extended to finalize the re-Chartering procedure. More information about this group and information about participation can be found on its home page [3]. The group is currently chaired by Michael McCool (Intel) and Matthias Kovatsch (Huawei). If you have any questions or need further information, please contact Kaz Ashimura <ashimura@w3.org> or Dave Raggett <dsr@w3.org>, Web of Things Working Group Team Contacts. This extension follows section 5.2.5 of the W3C Process Document: https://www.w3.org/2019/Process-20190301/#charter-extension Thank you, For Tim Berners-Lee, W3C Director, Philippe Le Hégaret, Project Management Lead, Kaz Ashimura & Dave Raggett, WoT WG Team Contacts; Xueyuan Jia, W3C Marketing & Communications [1] https://www.w3.org/2016/12/wot-wg-2016.html [2] https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-new-work/2019Nov/0005.html [3] https://www.w3.org/WoT/WG/
