Working group telephone conferences

Dear all,

As we were not present in the face-to-face (only partially through 
remote access), we would like to know what is the plan for the weekly 
telephone conferences.

Also, seeing the documents recently circulated, it will be interesting 
to know whether there will be a telco per task force.
