Notes:

1. Testing of current deliverables by WG members should use the Testfest call instead (using same WebEx, but starts an hour earlier).
2. Other WoT meetings this week may be cancelled, please check.
3. This is also the week that Daylight Savings changes in the US, and the meeting is set up relative to the US Eastern time zone so meetings may be delayed by an hour relative to the previous week in other timezones.
