Sebastian: The video is already showing up as the first result
when you search for web of things.

   haven't seen.

   already review it?

   Daniel: Not yet.

   [17]german translation

     [17] https://github.com/w3c/wot-marketing/pull/167

Sebastian: Kaz, you have mentioned that the time of the caption
   doesn't match the video?

Kaz: Yes, due to the wrong beginning there are three lines at
   once.

Sebastian: Kaz, you wanted to have a test environment for the
   caption, right?

   Kaz: McCool mentioned it.

<kaz> (note the index.html for local testing expects the video
   file locally as "WoT_Final_logo.mp4")

   Sebastian merges [25]https://github.com/w3c/wot-marketing/pull/
   172

     [25] https://github.com/w3c/wot-marketing/pull/172

  Wot Liaison

Sebastian: It is just a list of the Liaisons, right?

Daniel: Yes, we agreed on only adding the names for now.

Sebastian: I am fine with having this version on the website.
… eventually it would be great to get the logos.
   … any comments or objections?

Daniel: The industry 4.0 link is still broken though.

Sebastian: I will contact the person responsible for it.

   Sebastian merges [26]https://github.com/w3c/wot-marketing/pull/

   Sebastian: Thanks, Ege.

  non-member contribution policies

Sebastian: McCool, can you tell me more about it?

McCool: It is old. I didn't receive any feedback on it.
… I think we are better of leaving it for now and get some
   feedback.

   [27]non-member contribution policies

     [27] https://github.com/w3c/wot-marketing/pull/89

McCool: Relevant question here is if a website and scripts on
   it considered to be software.

  Add WoT-JTD

   <kaz> [28]PR 173 - Update index.html with WoT-JTD

     [28] https://github.com/w3c/wot-marketing/pull/173

McCool: I think it also includes a SPARQL implementation and
   works with the directory.

   Sebastian merges the PR

[29]sk adds an issue to the repository

     [29] https://github.com/w3c/wot-marketing/issues/174

  Blog analytics

Sebastian: McCool, can you find out, if we have analytics on
   the blog post?

McCool: We can take a look into the Youtube analytics.
… you should be able to see some statistics in the wordpress
   dashboard.

Sebastian: I am going to contact the W3C for the data or access
   to the analytics.

McCool: Do we have tracking on our website?

Daniel: No, we don't have that yet. We don't do any tracking,
because it would need to use Cookies.

Sebastian: in any case, we should see the statics of our Web
   sites' visitors.

  Old WoT website

Sebastian: Should we add a new blog article saying this page
isn't used anymore or should we delete it?

Kaz: We can migrate it and I think there was a plan for doing
   that.
… so, sk, it would be great, if you mention that as well,
   besides the other topics.

Philipp: I agree with kaz here. We should migrate it and delete
   the website.

McCool: The text would be only as temporary solution.
   Eventually we should migrate it.

   Philipp: Fair enough.

  conferences

   <kaz> [30]PR 163 - API Specification Conference 2021

     [30] https://github.com/w3c/wot-marketing/issues/163

   presentation

     [31] https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lbafiIpAjoI

Sebastian: I think we should have a more pratical approach for
this. But this is just some ideas. Please provide some ideas
   here.

Ege: I will do a pre recorded video and I can point the camera
   to the device as well.

Sebastian: I am currently writing an article for heise and I
write about a pratical example with solar charging.

Sebastian: I can create an presentation from the article and we
can use it for the conference.

  Smart city

McCool: There is an email thread about the upcoming W3C Smart
Cities Workshop. I'd like to make consensus about the proposal
during the WoT main call tomorrow..

Sebastian: I took a look into it and have some small comments.
