Agenda

Lagally: agenda: housekeeping, document review, requirements
   input, PR review

Review minutes from previous meeting Nov. 26

   <kaz> [14]Nov-26

     [14] https://www.w3.org/2020/11/26-wot-uc-minutes.html

Lagally: doodle poll review for the new timeslot
   ... minutes approved

Carry over of requirements from architecture group

Lagally: Review PRs to carry over documents from the
   Architecture repository

   <mlagally> [15]https://github.com/w3c/wot-usecases/pull/71

     [15] https://github.com/w3c/wot-usecases/pull/71

Lagally: people should make contributions here in the same
   format
   ... merged PR #71

McCool: what is the holiday schedule?

Lagally: unavailable the week of the 19th
... looking at the calendar, starting on January 12th in the
   new slot

Review the use case document requirements section

McCool: suggest we break out the specialized requirements to
   other sections
... for example, RDF requirements might only apply to TD
... suggestion to re-categorize some of the requirements

Horizontal edge computing use case

discussion on references in the document, how does respec work?

   <kaz> [16]Respec Documentation

     [16] https://respec.org/docs/#toc

mizushima: need to code the references in HTML

   <kaz> [17]Respec Editor's Guide

     [17] https://github.com/w3c/respec/wiki/ReSpec-Editor's-Guide

   <kaz> [18]Specref DB

     [18] https://www.specref.org/

mizushima: the format is more like a database, we need more of
   an index

   <kaz> [19]Specref repo

     [19] https://github.com/tobie/specref/

Lagally: we can merge as-is and then improve the format later
... merged and now the references render as we expect them to
   look
... still some bug in the section labeling
... asks mizushima-san to look at the document offline again

<kaz> kaz: maybe some of the new references are added manually
as local references instead of adding them to the Specref DB.
   right?

   <inserted> [20]PR 31

... approved and merged with notes
   ... reopened issue #22

   <kaz> [21]Issue 22

     [21] https://github.com/w3c/wot-usecases/issues/22

Issue #66 on DID and micropayments

   <inserted> [22]Issue 66

     [22] https://github.com/w3c/wot-usecases/issues/66

McCool: this is a horizontal use case that covers many
   verticals
... we could cross reference to the verticals that use it

Lagally: follow up and ask for a contribution in DID and
micropayments; OK to use the old md format

Review outstanding issues
