Ege: there is a new feature on github that allows discussions
which are something like issues but more Q&A oriented
Kaz: I'm OK with using this Discussions feature, but please
clarify which WoT repos to use this. Also please note that
GitHub Issues are used to record problems and requirements for
REC-Track specifications especially during the CR-PR periods
Lagally: worried about unclear situation between issue and
discussion area
Kaz: we should evaluate how useful this is
McCool: propose do not adopt this for now and wait for the
experiences from Ege
Lagally: what is the main benefit compared to issues?
Ege: you can ask question without creating issues
McCool: lets clarify this in the next marketing call
