Brief description about the following activities of the group and what was done during the previous Charter period has been also added to the scope section [1]: * PlugFest and Testing * Use Cases and Requirements * Marketing and Outreach In addition, the "3.2 External Organizations" section [2] has been also updated with the ITU-T SG20 for recently started liaison discussion. A diff from the current charter is available [3]. Current participants will not need to re-join the group if the new charter is approved. The current charter [4] is hereby extended until 31 March 2022 to accommodate the charter review period. The group is chaired by Michael McCool (Intel) and Sebastian Kaebisch (Siemens).
