Call for Review of WoT Discovery specification and resolution to publish update

To All those interested in WoT:

The WoT Discovery TF would like to publish an update to the current WD based on the current Editor’s draft at https://w3c.github.io/wot-discovery/.  Note: in case we update this, formally the update candidate is in a branch at https://github.com/w3c/wot-discovery/tree/wd-update-candidate (to be sure, you can download this branch to your local machine and render it from there).

Starting from today, we would like to begin a two-week review and call for a resolution to publish and updated WoT Discovery WD in the WoT main call on April 28.   Given that only minor changes have been made recently, and this version has been stable for a few weeks now, we would like to discuss (in the main call on April 14) whether we can pull in the resolution to April 21.
