   Kaz: we've been talking about Smart Cities with stakeholders
   ... it's a good timing to think about a draft Charter for the
   possible Smart Cities IG
   ... sent some initial thought to McCool

   that purpose because they also gather business requirements
   from industry stakeholders and related SDOs
