   McCool: we should be able to allocate a webex for the plugfest

   kaz: btw, how about look into the other video conference
   systems?
   ... we can currently use webex and zoom
   ... but maybe we can look into the others like Google Meet
   (formerly Google Hangout)

   should ask the System Team about their recommendation as well
