[WoT] No calls between Oct 29 and Nov 2

Dear W3C WoT Participants

We decided to cancel all calls in the coming week from 29 Oct and 4 Nov 2018, as everyone should have enough todos from our meeting at TPAC. Furthermore, this should avoid the yearly daylight saving time chaos.
