Linked Data and Semantic Processing WebConf: discussing the list of things to vote on during the next meetings

As we discussed during the Linked Data and Semantic Processing WebConf
today, here is a summary of the process that we are envisioning to better
push ideas to the WG-TD subgroup:


1. We discuss the items to be voted on during the WebConf here in the IG
mailing list
   -> the goal is to make items reach a MVU state (minimal votable units),
i.e., if two people agree on the first half of an item but disagree on the
second  half, then maybe they can manage to split it in two.

2. We will vote on items in the  WebConf first, then present the ones that
we agreed on to the WG.

As a starting point, here are a few MVU that I think we are ready to vote
on:

- VOTE 1: include an alignment to SSN in a normative part of the document
-> my vote: +1

- VOTE 2:  (only if we agree on VOTE 1) make this alignment be "optional",
i.e., part of an external ontology that imports both the TD and  the SSN
ontology.
-> my vote: +1

- VOTE 3: (debatable) add a new concept that describes what the device
observes, or acts on (this concept seems to  be already implicit in the
JSON TD documents,  and could be aligned to the ssn:Property)
-> my vote: 0

- VOTE 4: (debatable, only if we agree on VOTE 3) find a new (short) name
for wot:Event, wot:Property and wot:Action that better reflects instances
 of theses concepts are not actual properties, actions nor events, but
descriptions of *how to interact with* the events, properties, and actions
of a thing.
